Due to high value of inflatable boats and Credit Card Fraud Protection policies, we
ship boats and rafts ONLY via FedEx Ground with Signature Confirmation.
Boats or rafts CANNOT be left unattended under the door, on a backyard, on a
porch, or with a neighbor. NO EXCEPTION. Customer signature is required as a
proof of delivery. FedEx may accept time frame for delivery or hold item for pickup at
a local Facility per customer request. Please call 1800-GO-FED EX for details.
Question: What if I am working whole day, why you can't ask FedEx to leave boat
under my door?
Answer: First, in order to be protected from credit card fraud, we have to have credit
card holder signature on file with a FedEx. Second, if item left under the door and
later stolen who would be responsible for loss? Customer signature on file with a
FedEx is the only way for us to have proof of delivery.
If order for the boat or raft has been placed via credit card, we will ship ONLY to the
same address as your credit card billing address. Check orders can be shipped
anywhere in Continental US .
Question: Why can't I have my boat shipped to different address when I pay with a
credit card?
Answer: According to credit card security regulations, in order to be protected from
credit card fraud and charge backs, item has to be shipped ONLY to the credit card
holder billing address with a signature confirmation.

shipping outside of Continental US.
Process time for items in stock is 1-2 days. Ship Time is 3-9 days depending how far
are you from Miami, FL. Please allow 5-10 days for Total Delivery Time.

Shipping costs include full insurance up to the value of item being shipped. In case of
unlikely event, that item has been damaged during shipment, we will file a claim to
recover loses. That may take 3-4 weeks.
As per FedEx Damage Claim Policy, customers have 20 days to report shipping
damages since package delivery. After 20 days period NO shipping damage claims
will be satisfied by the FedEx. It is customers responsibility to notify us about any
shipping damages in a proper time frame.
Small accessories, hand pumps, repair kits or bags that has been damaged during
shipment has to be send back for replacement as per our warranty policy. Please visit

Once boat has been shipped, you will receive email from FedEx with a tracking
number. Please contact FedEx at 1800GOFEDEX or www.FedEx.com to follow
provided tracking number, and to insure receiving of the package.
After 3rd attempt to deliver package, FedEx will send it back unless you will contact
FedEx to arrange local pick up. Customers are responsible for package receiving and
all associated shipping charges.
If order has been canceled after it has been already shipped, appropriate amount will
be deducted from total of refund. Please call FedEx and ask for supervisor or CAT if
you need assistance or have special requests. Don't wait for 3rd attempt as it might
be too late.
If items are on a back order, we will ship all per-ordered boats same day as they
arrive in our warehouse. We will take all per-ordered boats directly to local FedEx
facility and ship same day.
According to the FedEx Service Guide, if Duty & Taxes cannot be collected from the
recipient, then the shipper is ultimately responsible for these fees. FedEx Ground
does not collect the fees upon delivery. The broker that FedEx Trade Networks uses,
releases the package and attempts to collect the fees later.
